Beucher Paris, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering your orders accurately and promptly. This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of products purchased through our website beucherparis.com (“Services”).

  1. Order Processing: All orders are subject to verification and acceptance. Orders are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Beucher Paris, LLC reserves the right to delay or cancel any order that cannot be verified or is suspected of fraud or abuse.

  2. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer a variety of shipping options depending on location and product availability. Estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Beucher Paris, LLC is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package weight, size, and selected shipping method. Orders over five hundred U.S. dollars ($1,500.00) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States of America. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special handling requests.

  5. Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Beucher Paris, LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and other charges levied by the destination country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer. Beucher Paris, LLC has no control over these charges and assumes no responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance procedures.

  7. Shipping Issues: If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact orders@beucherparis.com within five (5) business days of the estimated delivery date. Beucher Paris, LLC will initiate a claim with the carrier and assist in resolution to the extent reasonably possible.

  8. Order Modifications: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping and billing information is accurate before placing an order.

  9. International Return Shipping: For returns originating outside of the United States, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes. Beucher Paris, LLC does not reimburse international return shipping expenses under any circumstance. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
