Phase I: The Consultation Your bespoke experience begins with a complimentary 15-minute introductory consultation with our founder, Héloïse Beucher, to explore your vision, budget, and timeline. Please note that bespoke custom commissions at Beucher Paris begin at a $3,000 investment. Phase II: The Design Retainer To commence the rendering process and private gemstone sourcing, the Maison requires a $300 design retainer. This initial commitment is seamlessly credited toward your final masterpiece. Should your vision evolve and you choose not to proceed with a custom commission, we are delighted to honor this retainer as a boutique credit toward any creation within our ready-to-wear and fine gift collections. Phase III: Production & Craftsmanship Once you have fallen in love with your custom jewelry design and finalized your gemstone selection, a 50% deposit of the total commission is required. This allows us to secure your certified materials and commence physical casting with our RJC-member master jeweler. Phase IV: Final Delivery Following a rigorous micro-inspection (by Héloïse Beucher, Founder & CEO), the final 50% balance is collected. Your bespoke heirloom is then securely shipped via fully insured, discreet delivery directly to your door.
