Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Beucher Paris, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website located at beucherparis.com and any related services, applications, or platforms operated by Beucher Paris, LLC (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all terms incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all terms in this Agreement, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Authorization

You represent and warrant that you (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement; and (c) will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in connection with your use of the Services.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security related to your Account.

3. Product Descriptions and Availability

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products and Services. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance and Payment

All orders placed through the Services constitute an offer to purchase subject to acceptance by Beucher Paris, LLC. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

No contract for sale is formed until we send you an order confirmation email indicating acceptance of your order. Payment must be authorized and successfully processed before order acceptance.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products purchased through the Services pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and carriers are detailed in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees for international shipments.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please review our Return & Refund Policy, which is expressly incorporated herein by reference and governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds.

6.1. Warranty & Repair Policy 

At Beucher Paris, LLC, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Each piece undergoes a thorough quality control process prior to shipment. We stand behind the integrity of our creations and offer the following limited warranty and repair policy:

Limited Warranty

Beucher Paris, LLC offers a complimentary repair service for any manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper care.

To qualify for complimentary repair under this warranty:

  • The item must be purchased directly from Beucher Paris, LLC (via beucherparis.com).

  • The original proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The item must not have been altered, resized, or repaired by any party other than Beucher Paris, LLC.

IMPORTANT: Any work, resizing, or alterations performed by another jeweler or third party will void this warranty in its entirety. Beucher Paris, LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, or defects resulting from unauthorized alterations or repairs.

Exclusions

This limited warranty and repair policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, tarnishing, fading of metals or gemstones.

  • Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, extreme temperatures, or water.

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or negligence.

Post-Warranty Repairs

For repairs requested after the 30-day warranty period, Beucher Paris, LLC may offer repair services for an additional fee, subject to the nature of the repair and availability of materials. We reserve the right to refuse repair requests for items determined to be irreparably damaged or for discontinued designs.

Please note that all repair requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Repair pricing and timelines will be communicated after our team has evaluated the item.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, trade dress, service marks, logos, text, images, audio, video, software, and other materials available through the Services (“Content”) are the exclusive property of Beucher Paris, LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works of the Content is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services;

  • Use any automated means, including bots or scripts, to access or use the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEUCHER PARIS, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beucher Paris, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Revised versions will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Beucher Paris, LLC regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
